Danika Kasky, LMFT
LIC#107797
Danika takes a holistic approach to therapy that aims to understand you in the context of your everyday life. Whether it’s relationships, communication styles, or behavior patterns, she works collaboratively with clients to identify and address the changes they want to make.
She uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. By becoming more aware of these patterns and learning to be present, clients can make lasting changes and improve emotional well-being.
Danika specializes in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you’re adjusting to a career shift, moving, or navigating relationship changes, she provides a safe and supportive space to process these experiences and make meaningful progress.
Her communication style is warm, empathetic, and direct. She believes in being transparent and offering honest feedback in a way that is both supportive and constructive. Her goal is to create an open, trusting space where clients feel heard and understood, while also gently challenging them to make progress.
“I aim to create a space where you feel heard and supported as we look at what’s working in your life and what’s not. We’ll explore the patterns that show up, figure out what’s getting in your way, and build tools that help you move forward. You’re welcome here just as you are, and together we’ll take steps toward the changes you want to see in your life.”
A Bit About Danika Outside the Therapy Room
Danika is a proud wife and mother to a young daughter. She is always striving to practice in her own life what she encourages her clients to do — balancing self-care, reflection, and growth. It won’t always be perfect, but she believes we are all out here doing our best together. She enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, and connecting with family and friends, bringing balance and well-being into everyday life.
