Jackie Flietstra, LMFT

LIC #148173

Jackie entered the field of therapy after experiencing firsthand the profound impact of being truly seen and supported in her own healing process. Leaving behind her first career in teaching, she felt inspired to help others in the same way her therapist once helped her.

Jackie’s approach is deeply relational and compassionate. She is committed to creating a space where clients feel truly heard and seen, and where they can be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves—without judgment. As she puts it:

“I want my clients to have a place where they don’t have to pretend like they have it all together—we all need a space where we can say the things we’re afraid to admit, question the beliefs we’re taught that cause us pain, and sit with the messy emotions we often carry alone. Because it’s in that kind of safe, trusted place where healing begins.”

A Bit About Jackie Outside the Therapy Room

Jackie is a proud wife and mother, someone who finds joy in life’s simple, meaningful moments. She deeply values quality time with friends and family, staying active through physical exercise or sports (like basketball, soccer, or pickleball), and keeping life playful. Whether she’s cheering on her son in soccer, squeezing in a workout, singing at the top of her lungs in the car, or enjoying a sweet treat, Jackie is all about balance—nurturing both the body and the soul.
